It features a blue shield bearing a radiant sun, a white dove with an olive branch, and an open book, all above a scroll inscribed with the motto “Pro Deo et Patria” (For God and Country). The crest includes a shepherd’s crook flanked by “1775,” framed by golden rays and palm branches. This design was approved in 1986 and revised in 1993 to honor the Corps’ enduring spiritual mission.
