We are extremely proud and excited that our founder Lauren Hope is one of the Top 18 finalists for the Armed Forces Insurance's (AFI) Military Spouse of the Year award. Lauren joins 17 other spouses who are doing extraordinary things to support and empower the military community. Lauren moves on to the next round of voting for the recognition as the AFI's Army Spouse of the Year.
In 2018, Lauren brought awareness to the issue of military spouse under and unemployment as well as the struggle for military spouse entrepreneurs as they PCS all over the world with their businesses through starting the #ShopMilitary movement. She also has worked with other military spouses and Army leadership to bring to light the concerns and problems with privatized on-post housing. By adding your voice to the voting for Military Spouse of the Year, you will continue to give voice to the #ShopMilitary movement and Lauren's passion for supporting and uplifting fellow military spouses, families, and veterans. We know we can count on our Hope Design Ltd. tribe to help Lauren earn the Army Spouse of the Year award.
Round 2 voting for Army Spouse of the Year takes place 2/25 12 pm CST through 2/26 12 pm CST. You can vote once a day and anyone is welcome to vote, not just military.
