Step 1: Choose Your Brooch

Step 2: Place Your Order
Complete your purchase on our website to reserve your place in our custom design schedule.
Step 3: Send Your Insignia
After placing your order, mail your pin, button, or charm to our studio, where it will be securely received and thoughtfully prepared for its transformation.
Please email us once your insignia has shipped so we know it is on its way.
Every insignia is carefully logged, safely stored, and handled with the utmost respect throughout the design process.
Step 4: Handcrafted & Returned
Once your insignia arrives, our artisans begin creating your custom brooch.
The handcrafted process typically takes 7–10 business days, after which your finished piece is carefully packaged and shipped back to you—ready to be worn, gifted, and treasured.
