As an active duty military spouses, we understand the importance of fundraising for one's unit. While Hope Design Ltd. does make donations that align closest with our company, please understand that we are inundated with requests each year. With the creation of #ShopMilitary, a volunteer campaign to highlight military spouse owned businesses, all of our donation funds have been designated to this cause. Orders

Hope Design Ltd. purchases* can be returned within 30 days of the ship date of your item. Customer must show proof of purchase (order #, email). The item must be returned in original condition and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Refund can only be credited to the original form of payment or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

*All standard physical items can be returned. Custom items, wholesale items, and digital downloads cannot be returned.

*Shipping fees will not be refunded.

All items are carefully hand-crafted by owner and designer Lauren Hope. Each item is guaranteed to be free of defect from the handcrafting process. Inspect your purchase carefully, as all claims must be made within the first 10 days of the ship date. All items must be returned for repair within the first 30 days of the ship date. People wear and care for their jewelry in different ways, therefor wear and tear are not covered after the initial 30 day period.

It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item or issue a store credit of the purchase price within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund, less shipping. Custom creations are the exception.
